To make your own Tikka Masala spice blend, mix together 2 tbsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tbsp ground turmeric, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Voila, you're a spice wizard!
I made mine by mixing 2 tbsp ground coriander, 2 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, and a pinch of cinnamon. Best. Decision. Ever.
