If you're playing multiplayer, make sure your internet connection is stable. Poor connection can make the game laggy. Maybe try a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi.

Try lowering the graphics settings in the game. Yeah, I know, we all love those gorgeous Valheim vistas, but a little compromise can smooth things out. Turning off anti-aliasing or lowering the draw distance can make a big difference.

Simple answer: Clear your Xbox cache. It can help boost performance without much hassle.

I had the same issue and found that closing all background apps on Xbox helped a lot. Just hit the Xbox button, go to the app, and press the menu button to quit it.

First off, make sure your Xbox has enough free storage space. If it's crammed to the brim, performance can take a hit. Also, try restarting your console if you haven't in a while. Sometimes, the simplest solutions work wonders!
