Creating your own tank skins in War Thunder is a blast! First, go to the customization menu of the tank you want to skin. There, you'll find the option to create a custom skin. Save the default skin template to your computer, and then you can use image editing software like Photoshop or GIMP to design your masterpiece. Once you're done, save it in the appropriate folder and apply it in-game!

Been making tank skins for War Thunder for years: go to customization, export the skin, design in GIMP/Photoshop, re-import. Easy peasy!

Use the custom user skin option in the tank's customization menu. Download and edit the template with an image editor.

Honestly, just download skins from warthunder.live. So many cool ones people already made. Why reinvent the wheel?
