Facebook actually has easy settings to control who can look you up. Just switch 'Who can look you up using the email address you provided?' and 'Who can look you up using the phone number you provided?' to Friends, and make sure to turn off 'Do you want search engines outside of Facebook to link to your profile?'
Why not just delete your account? Problem solved.
Change your privacy settings to reduce how people can find you. In the settings menu, look for the privacy section and edit who can search for you using email and phone number.
