Creating your own route in Pokemon GO isn't officially supported within the app. But you can plan your route using third-party map tools and then follow it while playing the game. Happy hunting!

A hot take: You can't actually make custom routes in Pokemon GO, so just wing it and explore!

Hate to burst your bubble, but Pokemon GO doesn't support custom routes. Just explore your local area, and you'll find plenty of Pokemons.

I've tried creating routes by using Google Maps to plot out spots with lots of Pokestops and gyms. Just map out your walk or bike ride and follow it!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
