You can't directly transfer PS Plus from one account to another. You need to subscribe again on the new account. Consider sharing the subscription on the same console by activating it as the primary on both accounts.

Hot take: Don't bother. Just get a new subscription. It's not that expensive.

I tried doing this last year. Unfortunately, Sony doesn't support migrating subscriptions between accounts. You'll have to get a new PS Plus for the new account.
