Mining chlorophyte in Terraria is like a treasure hunt in the jungle, literally. First thing, you'll need a pickaxe or a drill with at least 200% pickaxe power. The Drax or the Pickaxe Axe, both obtainable after defeating The Destroyer, Skeletron Prime, and The Twins, are your go-tos. Now, head to the Underground Jungle. Chlorophyte ore glows green, making it easier to spot. Remember, it spreads over time in mud, so if you're planning on farming, leave some ore in the mud to grow back!

Easiest way? Get yourself a Drax and go to town in the Jungle. Chlorophyte's the green glowing stuff. Can't miss it.

Actually, mining chlorophyte can be a bit overrated. You're better off focusing on defeating bosses and getting better gear. Chlorophyte gear is good, but there's better stuff out there, especially post-Plantera.
