Merge 5, not 3. Always. You get more bang for your buck, literally doubling your output compared to merging 3 items. Plus, it helps keep your camp cleaner and your item count lower.

To minimize items in Merge Dragons, you gotta be strategic about your merges. Only merge when you have at least 3 of the same item but aiming for 5 is even better because that way you get 2 higher level items instead of just 1. Another trick is to keep your camp organized. Place similar items together so you can easily see what you can merge. And don't forget to use the bubble technique! If you tap and hold an item and then tap another, you can move it to the edge of your camp until it bubbles. This frees up space without you having to merge or sell anything.

Honestly, just sell the stuff you don't need. I know everyone's all 'merge 5,' but sometimes you gotta make room and get some coins. Not everything is worth keeping.

If you're a Merge Dragons player looking for extra gems or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Merge Dragons essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
