Yeah, unfortunately, PS Plus subscriptions are tied to one account and can't be transferred. Just sign up again with the new account and you'll be good to go!

From personal experience, moving PS Plus between accounts isn't possible. What you can do is set the PS4/PS5 as the primary console for the new account. This way, anyone using that console can enjoy the benefits of PS Plus.
