First, go to the main menu and click on 'House'. Then choose the 'Bulldoze' option and confirm. After that, you can build a new house on the plot of your choice!

From my experience, you have to go to the house menu, bulldoze everything, and then rebuild it on another plot. It's a bit of work, but totally worth it if you want a change of scenery!
