Sadly, you can't transfer PS Plus to a different account. It's linked to the account you purchased it on.

No can do! PS Plus subscriptions are tied to a single account. You'll have to buy a new one for a different account.

Unfortunately, Sony doesn't allow the transfer of PS Plus subscriptions between accounts. Maybe consider changing your primary account instead?
