To mute yourself in Among Us, simply use the mute button in the chat or voice platform you're using (like Discord). To unmute, just hit that same button again. Easy peasy!

Mute yourself in Discord (or whichever app you use for voice chat) by clicking the microphone icon. You'll see a slash over the mic when you're muted. Just click it again to unmute. Works like a charm!
