First, turn off and unplug the console. Then use a silicone pry tool and Torx T8 and T10 screwdrivers to get those screws out. Remember where each screw goes; they have different lengths.

Takes some patience! You’ll need a Torx T10 screwdriver to remove the screws. After that, carefully pry the sides open with a plastic opening tool. Be gentle – those internal cables are delicate!

Honestly, you shouldn’t bother opening your Xbox One unless you're a technician. Just take it to a professional!

Not gonna lie, opening an Xbox One can be tricky. A Torx T10 screwdriver and lots of patience are your best friends here.

Use a Torx T10 screwdriver and a plastic spudger to get that Xbox One open. Take your time, and don’t force anything – easy does it.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
