Most doors in Artisans World are unlocked after you've collected enough gems or freed enough dragons! Keep exploring and collecting.
Simple! Just charge into the doors or use your fire breath. They usually give way!
To open some doors, try finding nearby switches or completing certain tasks in the level. Happy Spyro-ing!
In my experience, you gotta complete specific objectives in the level, like saving dragons or collecting treasure, to unlock them doors.
