To open a House Chest in Hogwarts Legacy, you first gotta be sorted into a house, because each chest is tied to a specific one. Once you're in, keep playing until you unlock the Alohomora spell in the main storyline - that's your golden key to unlocking not just the House Chests, but pretty much any locked door you find in the game. So, get that spell, find your house's chest (usually lurking somewhere around your common room), and Alohomora it open to snag your goodies!

Just get the Alohomora spell and you're set. No spell, no treasure!

Actually, it's not just about Alohomora. Make sure you explore thoroughly; some chests might require solving puzzles or completing specific challenges unique to your house. Adds a bit more fun to the mix, if you ask me.
