You gotta go into your router settings and enable UPnP or port forwarding for the Xbox Live ports (88 & 3074). Simple but effective!

DMZ your Xbox 360's IP in your router settings. Just make sure your console has a static IP first. Works like a charm!

Just use an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. It'll often auto-magically open NAT.

Reset your router and modem. Sometimes a good ol' restart fixes the NAT issues. Trust me, I had this problem last week!
