How to Open Relics in Warframe
Open your Void Relic Refinement menu on your ship, select the relic you want to crack open, then queue up for a Void Fissure mission. Gather Reactant during the mission and voila! Relic opened!

Just joined a Void Fissure mission, collected all 10 Reactant, and got myself a sweet new Prime part!
To open a relic in Warframe, just jump into a Void Fissure mission. Pick your relic before starting, gather the Reactant during the mission, and once you collect 10 Reactant, the relic cracks open at the end. Enjoy the shiny new loot! ;)
