Easy peasy! Press F3, then F8 to free your mouse, uncheck the 'Disable Console' box, and press Enter. Boom, you're in!

On PC, press F3 and F8. Uncheck 'Disable Console'. Close the menu with the same keys. Hit Enter and type away!
