You gotta get the Chameleon and Dynamite ingredients. Mix 'em up in the cauldron and drink up! You'll shrink and can sneak through the bars!
Just use the Tiny Potion! Mix a Fairy and Chameleon, drink it, and you'll be tiny enough to slip through the cage bars.
