Just press the eject button on the front of the console. If it's stuck, unplug it and plug it back in, then try again.

You might need to do a manual eject. There's a small hole near the disk tray. Push a paperclip in to pop it open.

Had the same issue! Turn off your console, hold the eject button, and then power it back on while still holding eject.

If the eject button doesn't work, just give it a firm tap. Sometimes those old consoles need a bit of persuasion!
