Picking up a snowball in GTA 5 is super simple but easy to miss if you're not in the know. First thing, you gotta wait for it to be snowy in-game, which usually happens around Christmas. Once you're in a snowy wonderland, press left on the D-pad if you're on console, or press 'G' if you're on PC. Voila! You're ready to start your own frosty mayhem.

Just press G on PC. It ain't rocket science. Make sure it's actually snowing in the game though.

Had a blast last year nailing pedestrians with snowballs. Just press left on the D-pad on your controller when it's snowing. Brings a whole new meaning to 'white Christmas' in Los Santos.
