lol, u can't really 'pick up' snow in GTA 5 like it's Minecraft or something. But you can throw snowballs. When it's snowing in the game, just hit the left D-pad, and you'll start making snowballs to throw. Perfect for a quick laugh or starting a friendly fight in online play.
