You need to go to Activities, then Crime, and select Pickpocket. It's as simple as that! Remember, practice makes perfect (or jail time).

Just head to the Crime section in the Activities tab, select 'Pickpocket,' and try your luck! Be careful, though鈥攇etting caught isn't fun.
