Yo, remember the power armor ain't gonna dock itself like some fancy spaceship. You gotta manually get out of that tin can close to the station. No fancy button presses from afar, stand next to it, exit your power armor, then hit the interact key on the station. Bam, you're in business.

Honestly, just dropping it near the station and exiting works. It ain't rocket science.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just walk up to the Power Armor Station, step out of your power armor by holding down the exit button, and make sure your armor is within the vicinity of the station. Once you're out, interact with the station, and it'll give you an option to place your power armor on it for all your modifying, repairing, and customizing needs!
Actually, you just exit close to the station. If it's not working, your game's bugged or you're doing it wrong. Power armor mechanics are pretty straightforward.
