Easy peasy! Just equip the torch from your inventory, then aim at the spot you want to place it and hit the action button.
I placed torches by opening the building menu, selecting the torch, and then clicking on the desired spot. Works every time!
Lego Fortnite doesn't actually exist, so I'm guessing you meant regular Fortnite. You can't place torches there, sorry!
