To play 1v1 on Dragon Ball FighterZ, go to the Lobby and select Ring Match. Then set the team size to 1, and you're good to go!

You can also create a Ring Match lobby with a password and invite your friend. Just make sure to set the team size to 1.

Just head into Practice mode, select Versus, and set up a 1v1 match. Easy peasy!
