So, you wanna duo in Los Santos? To play GTA 5 in 2 player mode on PS4, you're entering a world of side-eye because, sadly, there's no native split-screen or co-op mode. But, don't hang your criminal hat yet! You guys can take turns on missions or cause mayhem in the open world. Alternatively, jump into GTA Online, where you both can play together in the same session. Just need two PS4s and two copies of the game. Team up, compete, or just explore together - plenty of chaos to be had!

Nah, you can't play 2 player GTA 5 on a single PS4. Only way to team up is through GTA Online, but you'll need two consoles and two GTAs. Simple as that.

Not happening, buddy. GTA 5 doesn't support split-screen or local multiplayer on PS4. Your best bet for any kind of duo action is online with separate consoles.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
