To play as Akuma in Super Street Fighter II Turbo, you gotta enter a specific code at the character selection screen. First, move to Ryu, then T. Hawk, Guile, Cammy, Ryu again, and finally press Start and all three punch buttons at the same time!
Unlocking Akuma is simple: on the character select screen, highlight Ryu, then quickly move to T. Hawk, Guile, Cammy, and back to Ryu. Press Start and all three punch buttons.
