I play lots of Medic; trust me, the key is to stick close to your teammates while avoiding direct combat. Just heal and Uber.
Never stop healing, and always be on the lookout for spies. Remember, you can't heal when you're dead!
Focus on healing your teammates, especially the Heavies and Demomen. Always stay aware of your surroundings, and pop your Ubercharge at the right moment to turn the tide!
