You could try a twist on capture the flag. Use blankets or sheets as beds, and have each team protect theirs while trying to 'destroy' the other team's bed. Use safe, soft items like sponges or plush toys for 'weapons'!
IRL Bedwars is easy: build paper fortresses, use Nerf guns, and call it a day. Just don't blame me for any broken vases!
