Nah, you can't play games through Wallpaper Engine. It's for cool moving backgrounds, not for gameplay.
Actually did this with a friend once! We didn't play Geometry Dash on Wallpaper Engine, but we set up a live level playthrough as the background. It felt like playing, minus the actual gameplay. Just find a video of a level, and set it as your background. Easy peasy!
