Right now, Lethal Company is only available on PC through Steam Early Access, meaning there's no direct Mac version available yet. However, you can still get your horror survival fix on your Mac by using a PC emulator like Boot Camp or Parallels. Boot Camp lets you install Windows on your Mac, giving you the ability to switch between macOS and Windows when you start up. Parallels, on the other hand, allows you to run Windows alongside your macOS, so you can switch between the two without restarting. Both options will let you access Steam and play Lethal Company, just remember you need a valid Windows license for either.

Get a PC. Lethal Company's only on PC for now, and if you're really into games, might be worth considering. Not trying to start a platform war, but it's an option.
