How to play Pokemon TCG rules
Playing Pokemon TCG is all about strategy and fun! First up, you gotta build your deck. Aim for a mix of around 20 Pokemon, 25 trainers, and 15 energy cards. Start the game by drawing 7 cards, and place a Basic Pokemon in the Active spot and up to 5 Basic Pokemon on your Bench. You can evolve Pokemon, attach energy cards to power them up, use trainer cards for special moves, and battle your opponent's Pokemon. Your goal is to knock out your opponent's Pokemon and collect Prize Cards. Win by grabbing all your Prize Cards, knocking out your opponent’s last Pokemon in play, or if they can't draw a card at the start of their turn!
