Splatoon on the Gamepad is a blast! For the Wii U, use the GamePad's touchscreen to view the map and quickly jump to teammates. The main controls are on the GamePad itself: move with the left stick, aim with the right stick, and use the ZL and ZR buttons for transforming and shooting. Enjoy inking!

On Wii U, you can use the GamePad for Splatoon, but the Switch version needs you to use the whole console or a Pro Controller.

Wii U GamePad makes Splatoon a unique experience. Just use the touchscreen to deploy your Super Jump by tapping on your allies. For the Switch though, you gotta use the whole console or other controllers. Have fun splatting!

It's easy! Use the left stick for movement, the right stick for aiming, and ZR for shooting. Map's on the touchscreen.
