As a lifelong SF4 fan, I can assure you it's all about key remapping. Go to Options > Controls and configure keys to your liking. Trust me, practice makes perfect!
Just use the default key bindings and dive right in. It might take a bit to get used to, but it's totally playable.
Honestly, playing with a keyboard isn't that bad. Go into the game settings and assign the keys to whatever feels natural to you. GLHF!
