Why not just buy a 3DS and enjoy the game the way it was meant to be played? Emulators can be a pain.
Definitely use the Citra emulator! It's your best bet for playing Super Smash Bros 3DS on a PC. Emulation isn't always perfect, but Citra does a pretty good job.
Been playing Super Smash Bros 3DS on my PC using Citra for months now. Runs pretty smoothly, but you need a decent setup. Totally worth it!
