Just enable `sv_lan 1` in the console and start a map. Your friends should connect via your local IP. Easy peasy!

Set up an offline LAN server by launching TF2, opening the console (`~` key), and typing `sv_lan 1` followed by `map (map name)`. Now your buddies can join using your local IP!

Honestly, just start the game, open the console with `~`, type `sv_lan 1`, and select a map. Your friends join via local IP.

Forget the internet! Use `sv_lan 1` in the console and then pick a map. Friends will join with your local IP. Done and dusted.
