How to play with friends in Terraria
GroaningRush路8 months agoHonestly, hosting a server can be a bit of a pain if you're not tech-savvy. Sometimes it's easier just to join a public server and meet up in the game. Just make sure it's a safe and friendly server!

Playing with friends in Terraria is all about setting up a multiplayer game. First, one of you needs to host the game. You can do this by going to the main menu, selecting 'Multiplayer', then 'Host & Play'. Choose your character, select the world you want to play in, and boom, you're now the host. Make sure your friends have your IP address if you're playing over the internet, or just ensure you're on the same network for local multiplayer. Tell your friends to select 'Join via IP' if they're joining over the internet, or 'Join' for local network play. Then, they just need to enter your IP address if needed, and they'll be able to join your world.
Just tap 'Multiplayer' on the main screen, host a game, and get your friends to join. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
