First, select your buddy by tapping on your Trainer avatar, then on the 'Buddy' option. Once selected, tap on your buddy's portrait to enter Buddy mode. From there, you can interact with them by feeding them berries, playing AR mode games, and even taking snapshots!

Just click your profile pic, tap the Buddy icon, then choose your buddy. Then you can feed, play, and snap pics with it.
