Trust me, just go to the ‘Play Now’ menu and look for the ‘Play Online with Friends’ option. You can set up private matches and show off your skills!
Make sure you all are friends on the platform you're playing on (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.). Once you're in-game, go to the Neighborhood or City, find your friend's player, and squad up for some 2K fun.
Honestly, just send them an invite through the 'Play With Friends' option in the main menu. It's pretty straightforward!
