First, make sure your external hard drive is formatted to FAT32 or NTFS. Then, plug it into your Xbox 360's USB port. Transfer your game files to the external drive, go to 'My Games' on the dashboard, and you should see them there. Enjoy!

Format the external hard drive to FAT32/NTFS. Move game files to the drive. Connect to Xbox 360. Find games under 'My Games'. Simple as that!

Honestly, the best experience is still playing them directly off the Xbox 360's internal drive. External drives can get finicky.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
