To post from Instagram to Facebook, just link your accounts in the Instagram app settings, enable the sharing option, and you're all set!
Link your Instagram and Facebook accounts in Settings > Account > Linked Accounts, then toggle on 'Share to Facebook' when posting!

Just connect your accounts and then every time you post on Instagram, you'll see an option to also share to Facebook. Easy peasy!
