Super easy! Just select the photo you wanna post and pinch your fingers together on the screen to zoom out. Done!
I always just use the two-arrow icon to get my horizontal photos looking perfect. Takes just a second!
When you're uploading the photo, tap the icon with two arrows in the bottom left. It'll adjust your photo to horizontal.
