Use the 'Share' button! First, post in one group. Then, click the 'Share' button on your post, select 'Share to a group,' and choose another group. Repeat as needed.

From personal experience, I find using the Facebook mobile app super smooth for this. Copy your post, switch to the next group, and paste away. Easy as pie!
