Try using apps like 'No Crop' or 'InstaSize' to add borders to your pic. Sorta like tricking Instagram into showing the whole thing.
I always do this鈥攑ost the pic to your Story first, then save it and post as a normal pic. You'll keep the whole image.
Just pinch to zoom out when you're in the editing screen before posting! It'll show the whole picture, no more cropping your masterpiece.
