Hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off fully. Then unplug the power cable from the console and wait for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it back on.

From my experience, pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds will do the trick. Don’t forget to unplug the power cord for a bit before restarting!
