How to Practice Football in The Sims FreePlay?
Simply buy a football from the Home Store under the Hobbies category and have your Sims use it. They'll automatically practice football when you select it.

You need to have the Teen Idol Mansion, which comes with a football. Place it in the yard and have your Sims practice with it. Easy peasy.
To practice football in The Sims FreePlay, build the High School and then purchase the Football Field from the Sports tab. Send your teen Sims to practice there!
Just send your Sims to the Community Center and use the football net there. They'll practice football and gain some hobby XP!
