To prioritize your Steam downloads, you just need to go to the Downloads section under Steam's Settings. Here, you'll see a queue of your current downloads. Simply click on the game or update you want to download first, and select 'Move to Top of Queue'. Steam will then prioritize this download over the others. It's like telling Steam, 'You, yes you. Get to the front of the line!'

Honestly, managing priorities in Steam downloads is a game changer, especially when your internet speed isn't blazing fast. One time, I had a bunch of updates pending, and I just wanted to play the newest game I bought. Moving that game to the top of the queue had me playing in no time. It鈥檚 a neat trick that saves a lot of waiting around.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
