I did this last week! Go to Settings > Privacy > Your Activity, and decide who can see your future posts. Don't forget to review your friend list and remove anyone you don't want sneaking on your stuff.
Head to your Facebook settings, click 'Privacy,' and change who can see your future posts to 'Friends' or 'Only Me.' Easy peasy!
