If you're using a controller, access the map from the radial menu. It's super easy once you get the hang of it!
To pull up the map in Slime Rancher, hit the "M" key on your keyboard if you're on PC or look for the map icon in the radial menu on consoles.
I always just press "M" on my PC. It works like magic every time!
